I'm Bilaal Sadeer, and Flic en Flac is where I learned to photograph in the last light. The west coast has been my classroom for fifteen years — I know the exact stretch of beach where the sand is finest, the exact point where the tide creates mirror-flat reflections, and the exact 12 minutes after the sun touches the horizon when the sky turns a shade of pink that no filter can replicate.
